What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays yours. Export everything as CSV in one click from Settings → Export my data — distributor earnings, publishing statements, your splits, the lot. We won't trap your catalogue inside Reverb. This is GDPR Article 20 in practice, and it's non-negotiable for us.

Why is there an extension?

Distributors block cloud IPs from scraping (Cloudflare's cf_clearance cookie is tied to your machine). The extension runs the scrape from YOUR browser using YOUR session — same as if you'd logged in manually. Your distributor credentials never leave your laptop.

Which browsers work?

Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, and any other Chromium-based browser. Safari and Firefox support are on the roadmap but not available yet.

What's the difference between Free and Plus, really?

Free is a real product — it'll show you one distributor's current month, and that's already useful. Plus is for when you've got 3+ distributors AND publishing income AND want the per-song master% picture. If your royalties are under €100/year, Free is probably fine for you.

Can I trial Plus without entering a card?

Yes. Sign up, hit Upgrade, and you get 14 days of full Plus access without a card. After 14 days it just drops back to Free if you haven't added one. We hate trials that auto-charge you when you forget.

What about a Studio plan for managers / producers / mini-labels?

It's on the roadmap — multi-artist accounts, year-end tax exports, custom reports. We're not launching it day one because we'd rather get Plus right first. If that's what you need, drop us an email — we'll prioritise based on demand.
